Keep It Clean Corp
Always at Your Service
A Bit About Us
KICC was established in late 2018. It’s ownership is a husband and wife partnership that is comprised of a veteran, woman, returning citizen, and minority. At KICC, we have experience in construction laboring and janitorial services for all types of buildings. We have over 5 years’ experience cleaning newly constructed residential units, new commercial properties, construction sites, offices, churches, schools, hair salons, medical offices, and event spaces.
All of our staff are OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified, and easily identifiable around the office with their brightly colored KICC shirts. This allows you to keep track of who is going in and out of certain areas of the site.
We are a fair chance hiring initiative employer; we employ staff who have been impacted by the criminal justice system and we are avid supporters of “ban the box”.

Commercial Cleaning
A) Move in services- We specialize in cleaning and sanitizing new
construction and rentals in preparation for new tenants.
B) Move out services- We specialize in cleaning and sanitizing vacant
units. We remove items that tenants may have left behind and
thoroughly clean, sanitize, and deodorize the place back to clean.
C) Flooring- Sometimes replacing floors can be eliminated with a deep
clean or face lift. We provide services that include stripping, sealing and
waxing floors, vacuuming and mopping. Our staff is available to buff, deep scrub, refinish and deodorize floors. We can also remove spots on carpets.
D) Outdoor cleaning- Our cleaning spans outside of the office doors as we
provide exterior cleaning as well. Our outside services include:
Grass cutting
Cleaning and trash removal from parking lots, walkways, alleys, and garages
Exterior window cleaning
Exterior door cleaning
Mulching
Weed removal
Rock and pebble placement
Snow removal
Sidewalks, walkways, and parking lot treatment (salting)
E) Add on services- The basic commercial cleaning consists of cleaning
tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing the restrooms, cleaning glass,
sweeping, mopping, and/ or vacuuming the floors, and emptying trash
cans. We perform those basic tasks, and we allow you to add additional
services such as refrigerator clean outs, carpet cleaning, window
washing, floor waxing, buffing the floor, ceiling fan cleaning, and more.
At KICC, we are flexible and willing to perform the job you need done.
